Lignum Vitae, one of the hardest and most revered woods in the world, traditionally said in legend to have been the wood of Merlin’s wand. And some crafted from rare 5000 year old bog oak. These wands carry the deep stillness, ancient wisdom and enduring spirit of wood preserved within the earth since the ancient world.

Every wand is traditionally hand carved by Duncan using simple hand tools rather than machinery, allowing the character, grain and natural energy of the wood to guide the process. Much of this work is carried out slowly and mindfully while sitting barefoot upon the earth, maintaining a deep connection to nature throughout the creation of each piece.
